Job summary
we are seeking a highly skilled hr pmo to lead and manage hr-related projects, including but not limited to hr optimization, employee engagement, and hr technology implementations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration, comprehensive process documentation, and effective change management to support our organizational goals.
key responsibilities:
hr projects:
- lead and manage hr-related projects, including but not limited to hr optimization, employee engagement, and hr technology implementations.
- develop project charters, work plans, and resource allocation plans for hr projects.
- monitor project progress, manage project risks, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- collaborate with hr teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- ensure alignment of hr projects with overall business objectives and hr strategy.
project management:
- manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on project status.
- identify and resolve project issues and escalate as necessary.
transition management:
- lead the transition of hr processes and functions from country field hr and coes into the shared services hr team within the global business services (gbs) framework
- develop and execute detailed transition plans, timelines, and milestones.
- coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth handover of responsibilities.
process documentation:
- create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation of hr processes.
- ensure all process documentation is accurate, accessible, and adheres to organizational standards.
- collaborate with process owners to identify and document best practices and standard operating procedures (sops).
change management:
- develop and implement change management strategies to support the transition.
- conduct impact assessments and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- facilitate training and communication plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes.
stakeholder engagement:
- build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- act as a liaison between the hr team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- provide regular updates and reports to senior management on transition progress and outcomes.
