Reporting directly to the chief revenue officer (cro), you will oversee a dedicated team comprising a social media analyst, a creative team, and two marketing analysts.*the goal*: lead our marketing function and achieve our projected +100% sales growth.*what you will do*:- formulate and implement marketing strategies that strongly align with birdman's mission and core values.- take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for our products, encompassing comprehensive communication plans, involving all relevant teams and resources, and delivering clear selling points. Regularly report on results and gather insights for future improvements.- foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and launch new product offerings successfully.- conduct extensive market research to identify target audiences and stay updated on consumer trends.- monitor market penetration, conduct comprehensive competitor analysis, and analyze related factors to gain insights into birdman's market position, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making.- develop and oversee birdman's social media platforms, as well as other digital marketing channels.- supervise the development of captivating creative assets, including product packaging and branding.- coordinate and execute impactful marketing campaigns, such as in-store promotions, events, and strategic influencer partnerships.- continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team to facilitate data-driven decision-making.- track and assess customer net promoter score (nps) and acceptance levels to gauge customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and drive customer-centric decision-making.*requirements*:- bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).- extensive marketing experience (8+ years), preferably within the dynamic food and beverage industry.- exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork and cooperation.- proficient in managing social media platforms and utilizing digital marketing channels.- demonstrated success in planning and executing impactful marketing events.- strong analytical abilities, leveraging data-driven insights to guide marketing strategies.- proven leadership experience in overseeing creative and pr teams, driving innovative and successful outcomes.*bonus points if*:- mba or master's degree in a related field, providing advanced knowledge and expertise
