Your tasks
coordinate quality activities for the end customer including problem solving, continuous improvement, analysis of field failures and 0kms, visits with plant relevance and audits with plant relevance. Be the main point of contact for the customer and transfer communication and requirements to the different representatives of the business area in the plant within all work disciplines. Be the main the expert of the assigned customer and always be up to date in trainings and systems that the customer determines within the quality discipline.
*profile*:
education: bachelor´s degree in industrial, electronic or mechatronic engineer.
professional experience:
- at least 5 years of experience in quality functions
- at least 5 years of experience in customer service in the automotive industry. ( mandatory )
- demonstrated experience managing ford customer ( mandatory )
- advanced communication skills ( mandatory )
- experience leading in problem solving processes on multiple occasions.
- experience leading improvement projects such as green or black belt.
