.the accounts payable (ap) sr assistant will become part of the established support department mainly covering americas but not limited to global support. The ap sr. Assistant supports processes within the bso department and in collaboration with different stakeholders within the lego group.the sr. Assistant contributes to the overall success of the bso and lego strategies by delivering high-quality execution and great service experience supporting the procure to pay processes aligned to the lego procedures and policies.- support the execution of department processes in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, including o make sure we live our partner promise by ensuring timely and accurate handling of invoices to all lego companies in americas.- ensure that all costs are appropriately reflected in the financial/management reports.- mitigate risk of fraud in our vendor invoice processes. - supporting compliance of company policies and procedures in a global & standirezed operation. - supporting a high-performing, customer- and service oriented culture within the supplier services stream - supporting implementation of improvements using the lego continuous improvement approach across functional areas building customer relations and supporting stakeholder management across areas and geographies*requirements*:- 3-5 years experience in procure to pay functions.- it skills o microsoft office at intermediate level.- sap knowledge preferably, or other erp.- analytical, detail - and high-quality oriented.- high customer service mindset.- experience in working in highly collaborative environment- experience in customer service areas.- preferably working experience in shared service centers, where focus have been on optimization, customer service and process excellence.- * fluent in reading / writing / speaking english*children are our role models.
