as a business development representative (bdr) at kuona, you’ll do more than generate leads. You'll play a strategic role in helping us expand our customer base, contribute to our go-to-market strategy, and support projects across the marketing and product teams.

key responsibilities:
* researching and identifying potential prospects through multiple channels (web tools, industry groups, events, etc.)
* creating strategic outbound campaigns using email, phone, linkedin, and events
* maintaining and enriching our crm with high-quality prospect data
* collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and outreach
* contributing to brand-building projects (e.g., website feedback, content creation, campaign design)
* analyzing prospect behavior and market insights to optimize outreach effectiveness
* engaging potential customers with a consultative approach to introduce kuona’s ai-powered rgm solutions
who you are: you’re proactive, strategic, and curious. You thrive in ambiguity and take pride in getting things done, even when the roadmap isn’t fully drawn.
must-haves:
* bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or related field
* 1+ year of relevant experience (in sales, marketing, operations, research, or customer-facing roles)
* strong communication skills in both english and spanish
* excellent organizational and analytical thinking
* comfort working with crms (e.g., hubspot), google suite, and other sales tools
* demonstrated ability to take initiative and own outcomes
nice-to-haves:
* previous experience in b2b saas or working with cpgs/retailers
* knowledge of pricing, promotions, or revenue growth concepts
* familiarity with content creation or social media marketing
* strategic research or project management experience
