ericsson invites dynamic and motivated individuals to apply for the role of service delivery manager. As a part of this stimulating role, you will take charge of all implementation services, encapsulating a broad spectrum of responsibilities. These include defining and managing the project scope, overseeing time and resource planning, and ensuring effective reporting. You will be instrumental in offering support for commercial engagements and ensuring steadfast observance to group directives, legal and financial standards, and global and local environmental and occupational health and safety norms. Your expertise will extend to safeguarding data privacy and security and ensuring compliance with approved processes and tools. The implementation management forms the backbone of our operations, driving change and delivering value.
what you will do:
primary escalation poc for the project team related to integration process, during assigned shift.
escalation poc for all issues towards engineering teams.
integration schedule management.
secure integration and troubleshoot support for planned sites.
follow up an update internal tools milestones.
analyze, understand scope to be worked (scope, hardware, software, physical connectivity).
review and secure execution of implementation/integration plan.
follow up and engage engineering teams for troubleshoot.
monitor post integration reports or alarm reports.
request remote support for customer acceptance. (ready to transmit milestone - rtt)
assign field engineer for alarm resolution
reschedule sites for trouble shooting or cancellations/delays
hand over sites to rf or customer (rtt) once alarms are cleared and performance indicators are in range.
generate close out emails (rtt) - market reports to the customer
manage/resolve integration issues raised by the customer
scope validation, aos. Submit internal change request (cr) towards project team for out-of-scope delivery (after integration complete milestone)
the skills you bring:
academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (it, telecom)
fluent english speaking (critical)
integration and configuration understanding
experience on scripting, optimization, rf or similar
process management.
