administrative position.

profile: professional experience as hr in plant as a specialist and knowledge in recruitment.

scope of the role:
1. facilitate and complete various tasks during all recruitment phases.
2. collaborate with hiring managers to identify and write detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
3. identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on available roles, industry standards, and organizational needs.
4. in charge of the recruitment process from start to finish for inexperienced positions and professional practices, including attracting and searching for candidates.
5. guarantee adherence with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
6. attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
7. provide innovative and scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet p&g's strategic objectives in mexico.
8. serve as a strategic recruiter/talent advisor by actively building a positive relationship with business leaders by providing talent insights and recommendations using deep technical savvy, market knowledge, and a strong network for some of the senior roles.
9. develop innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a high-touch experience for candidates.

1. +3 years' experience working as technical recruitment or plant recruitment.
2. english not required.
3. bachelor’s degree.
