responsibilities

knowledge: personnel administration, management of recruitment and selection processes, management of payroll processes, management of labor relations, training processes, federal labor law, management of pc and microsoft office.
experience: 3 years as coordinator or head of human resources, carrying out administrative functions of personnel, payroll processes, mass recruitment, management of labor conflicts, direct attention to personnel, control of hc, reports of indicators (kpi), attention to private and government audits.
required language: english intermediate/advanced.
availability to travel: eventual local travel.
qualifications
recruitment: follow-up of the hc required for each site, through the recruitment team in case the organizational structure allows it or failing that, itself. Validate that the data upload to the icims system is successful. Keep the recruitment team informed of headcount updates.
recruitment and induction: keep new staff contracts and files updated and protected. Perform and validate personnel information in the company's human resources systems. Responsible for disseminating the vision/mission, values, policies, updated organizational structure, as well as sources of useful complementary information about the company. Manage the requirements that are requested on each site so that employees can enter to work. Coordinate with the different areas of the operation the initial training of new personnel (quality, safety and operations). Coordinate the reception and welcome of newly hired personnel.
leading the new staff to the immediate boss with whom they will work, this is done formally with the 100% induction done.
labour relations: provide support and follow-up to all aspects related to the organizational climate and existing labor relations, such as lawsuits, labor conflicts, liquidations, dismissals, resignations, etc. Reduce risk in any labor matter. Supervise and monitor the implementation of the rit, ww code of conduct and values. Follow-up and attention to union applications and procedures.
personnel management: provide support and follow-up in conjunction with the hr manager to the human resources plans and strategies, procedures, policies and the internal work regulations of the company. In charge of organizational communication in the operation. Prepare human resources indicators, as well as develop and execute action plans to achieve the objective. Supervise and control the services of the staff (transportation, canteen, human resources technologies, medical service if applicable on site). Attend private and government audits. Administration and maintenance of hr systems.
organizational development: planning and execution of organizational events in conjunction with the hr generalist. Promotion and dissemination of campaigns and organizational programs of human resources and other areas where support is required.
nominating: prepare and compile payroll incidents (detail). Provide support to the supervisors team for uploading incidents to kronos. Attention to payroll queries with the staff.
