job summary
we are seeking a highly creative and skilled professional to join our team as a multimedia coordinator. This role will focus on creating, editing, and producing multimedia content, including audio, video, and photography, for various platforms. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, creative vision, and organizational skills to ensure our multimedia projects align with our brand and storytelling goals.
job responsibilities
1. record, edit, and produce high-quality audio and video content.
2. ensure professional sound quality, smooth transitions, and consistent editing style.
3. collaborate with the social media team to create promotional assets.
4. develop and produce multimedia projects for various platforms, including social media and internal campaigns.
5. create engaging audiovisual content, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
6. operate and maintain production equipment such as cameras, microphones, lighting, and audio consoles.
7. manage multimedia projects from conceptualization to final delivery.
8. ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
requirements
education
1. bachelor’s degree in multimedia communication, audiovisual design, or a related field.
2. multimedia production certifications (preferred).
technical skills
1. proficiency in audio and video editing software (adobe audition, premiere pro, final cut pro, or similar).
2. familiarity with podcasting platforms and distribution tools.
3. strong knowledge of multimedia production techniques, including video, audio, and photography.
4. experience using adobe creative suite (photoshop, after effects, etc.).
experience
1. 2+ years of experience in multimedia production, content creation, or podcast editing.
2. demonstrable experience in podcast production is a strong plus.
3. portfolio showcasing audiovisual projects and social media content.
