Job description:- the administrative assistant performs several administrative functions for the purchasing and import export departments.- compiles date for the presentation of different reports and graphs of both departments (purchasing and import export).- executes purchasing orders.
reviews requisitions as well as bids and vendors to obtain information concerning products, prices, guarantees and delivery dates.- contacts key persons such as vendors, in and out of the organization to provide information.
