Job description:
- the administrative assistant performs several administrative functions for the purchasing and import export departments.
- compiles date for the presentation of different reports and graphs of both departments (purchasing and import export).
- executes purchasing orders.
reviews requisitions as well as bids and vendors to obtain information concerning products, prices, guarantees and delivery dates.
- contacts key persons such as vendors, in and out of the organization to provide information.
*requirements*:
- 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- intermediate english level.
- good communication skills, dynamic.
