*responsibilities*:- aids in ensuring that the firm has competitive and cost effective reward policies and practices.- responsible for developing and executing the firm's reward strategy,managing the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions and liaising with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.- ensures that reward practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements.- manages compensation/payroll/benefit's administration function staff budget and planning.- applies in-depth knowledge of compensation/payroll/benefits administration policies and practices.- formulates policy initiatives and partners with hr and/or directly with the business, ces and other external consultants to implement and deliver projects.- manages a team or multiple teams of compensation professionals.
responsible for hiring, compensation, performance appraisals, staff development, training, etc.- partners with the revenue areas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity and / or control.- remains active part of the management team for product or business area.- all other duties as assigned.
*qualifications*:- 10+ years of experience- seasoned manager with extensive product knowledge and expertise- proficient in microsoft office with an emphasis on ms excel- self-motivated and detail oriented- proactive leadership and motivational skills- consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- proven influencing and relationship management skills*education*:- bachelor's/university degree, master's degree preferred- experiência sólida en áreas de compensaciones
