Mediamonks is on the lookout for a data analyst.
you'll join a special task force to help manage the successful delivery of digital advertising assets for one of the biggest brands in the world.
*role & responsibilities*
- generate weekly and monthly reports of both content performance, always analyzed from the perspective of content strategy and social listening.
- process, analyze, and gather actionable insights to generate performance reports based on the results of the brand's social media networks.
- establish mathematical models to strengthen the brand's social media performance analysis.
- design, automate and extend social media results dashboards in looker studio.
- monitor daily conversations in digital channels related to the brands, to detect brand communication opportunities, potential crises, and industry drivers.
- collaborate in brainstorming sessions with content, strategy, and creative teams to optimize the platform in terms of content, messages, formats, and duration based on the insights and learning that have emerged from the reports.
*requirements*:
- required work experience: at least 1 year in a similar role in a digital or content agency.
- analytical and strategic thinking based on performance and social listening results.
- understanding and mastering digital metrics across social media networks.
- experience using social media management tools and conversation (sprinklr, emplifi brandwatch, etc.)
- experience using automation tools, preferably google looker studio.
- experience in monitoring digital and social crises.
- experience in working with creative, strategy, and content teams.
- presentation, communication, and research skills.
- detail-oriented.
- excellent spelling, writing, and mastery of writing rules, and syntax.
- intermediate-advanced english.
