the frontdoor pro vendor recruitment team works tirelessly to maintain our active vendor base and leads the way to expand our national coverage by screening and onboarding service professionals onto our platform. Daily responsibilities of the role entail; sourcing individual leads, cold calling, conducting follow-up on existing leads, data, and relationship management. Each recruiter is expected to successfully manage their own full-cycle recruitment funnel with daily and weekly support and coaching from their leadership team. This is a full-time, remote, hourly plus commission-based position.
An example of a typical tasks handled by a recruiter are:
- explain frontdoor pro’s value proposition
- pitch the opportunity to expand their existing business by partnering with frontdoor,
including our current pricing structure, processes, and expansion opportunities
- screen potential vendors to ensure proper licensure and equipment, strong online reviews
and ability to pass a background check
- provide assistance through the sign-up process and set expectations for future
partnership
- assist vendors with downloading and utilizing the frontdoor pro app
*required skills*
- sales experience - 2+ years
- excellent communication and sales ability (experience overcoming objections)
- outbound call experience (80+ calls per day expected)
- goal oriented, ability to achieve targets
- professional and organized
- basic google sheets/excel knowledge (simple data entry)
