your mission, roles and responsibilities
the role of a site hrbp is to implement the group's hr policies, tools, and to provide support to management on human resources issues.
main activities:
1. assist the site manager in the management of hr issues in line with business objectives.
2. implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site level.
3. ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
4. guarantee working conditions in compliance with group health, safety & environment policies.
5. manage industrial relations with local employee representatives.
6. implement group hr policies and processes within the site, including "employee empowerment", part of the faurecia excellence system.
your profile and competencies to succeed
minimum education level:
1. ba / bsc hr, business administration or related
2. ma / msc hr, business administration or related preferred
professional experience:
1. 5 years of experience in an operative hr role
2. good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
3. solid knowledge of local hr legislation
4. strong business partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset
skills and competencies:
1. great interpersonal and communication skills
2. fluency in the local language and good english skills
3. very good ms office skills
4. first experience with hr management systems like sap successfactors is beneficial
