education:
* bachelor's degree in electronics, computing, industrial engineering, mba, or equivalent work experience, preferably in a large, international corporate manufacturing environment.
* process improvement and reengineering experience.
* excellent english communication skills.
* pmi certification is a plus.
* apics, six sigma, or other certification is a plus.
experience:
* responsible for project management of multiple projects within the it global business service team.
* projects will focus on business process change and it aspects, targeting productivity improvement, cost reduction, and compliance enhancement.
* collaborate with business stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor in technology and solutions development.
* work closely with project management to report progress and status.
knowledge:
* strong project management skills with a proven ability to influence and work with cross-functional teams.
* excellent systems acumen, preferably with it and oracle experience.
* proven record in identifying and delivering process improvements.
* experience in key business functions, preferably in an international or complex business environment.

responsibilities:
* manage multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with business and ipm to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and schedule new project work.
* take ownership and demonstrate leadership of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with it governance processes.
* communicate project expectations, progress, and status to the project team and management in a timely manner.
* contribute to and maintain standard governance, project management life cycle (pmlc), and direct charge methodology.
* manage projects to achieve successful on-time execution of deliverables through personal leadership and coaching support.
* become a subject matter expert in specific project processes, enabling closer partnership between it and business.
* prepare detailed analysis and documentation to support knowledge transfer and sharing.
* work environment: normal office environment with periodic international travel.
