key responsibilitiesrecruitment and selection management

collaborate with external recruitment partners to maintain quality and efficiency in hiring. Organizational development and training
identify employee development needs and propose tailored training plans.
organize programs focusing on technical skills, leadership, and soft skills.
design and implement talent retention strategies and succession planning initiatives. Labor relations
ensure adherence to labor laws and internal hr policies.
mediate workplace disputes and manage collective or individual negotiations.
champion initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment. Compensation and benefits
oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages.
recommend salary adjustments and recognition strategies based on performance. Performance management
implement performance evaluation systems to support effective leader-employee communication.
develop and oversee plans for continuous improvement based on evaluation outcomes.

bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
experience
minimum of 5 years in hr roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
technical knowledge
expertise in labor legislation and hr compliance.
proficiency in payroll systems and human resource information systems (hris).
strong foundation in organizational development and performance evaluation methodologies.
