*responsibilities*- *phone screening*: conduct initial phone screens and provide recommendations to the hiring team.- *interview scheduling*: coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel teams.- *applicant tracking*: manage and update information in the applicant tracking systems.- *updates to hiring managers*: provide regular updates to all hiring managers as needed.- *passive recruitment*: conduct passive recruitment through linkedin recruiter regularly.- *staff communication*: communicate recruitment policies and procedures to all staff.
*requirements*- advanced english, both verbal and written.- *education and experience*: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or human resources, preferably in it, cybersecurity, or managed services industry.- *degree*: associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.- *skills*: exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
