*about the role*:
the senior technical project manager reports to the latam delivery manager.
the roles of the senior technical project manager are:
¦ custodian of technical knowledge and expertise related to managing the it infrastructure.
in this role, technical management ensures that the knowledge required is identified, developed and refined.
¦ provides the actual resources to support the service lifecycle.
in this role technical management ensures that resources are effectively trained and deployed to operate and improve the solution,
¦ guarantor of the stability of the productive platform in all phases of the service lifecycle.
the main responsibilities are:
- spoc for complex technical matters with the customer and with other vendors/partners
- communicate the business and customer needs to r&d, product and deployment teams for proper products backlog and roadmap management.
- knowledge management of the team by assessing the level of skill of the team members and provide mentoring for effective skill-up
- coordinate the technical activities of the team based on the business priorities and skills required
- support as e2e solution architect in the design and development of new services/products/changes to guarantee a smooth integration to the productive platform
- be part of the crisis room and problems management when required to provide accurate information to customers
- supporting the change management process where reliance on the technical knowledge and expertise may be needed
- support the project manager by detecting and communicate technical risks and dependencies to be properly managed

- system integrator for more than 3 years

- knowledge with video transcoding, packaging, delivery networks & drm - advantage
