Mr. Louie f. Ocampo started his career in the provincial government in 2007 as a staff assistant at the human resource management and development office (hrmdo). His job included the development of human resource management systems, such as performance management systems, quality management systems, total quality management, competency-based learning and development programs, health & wellness programs, and other organizational development programs of the provincial government. His vast knowledge and experience in policy preparation and process development helped earn various recognitions for the province through the hrmdo. Eventually, he led the internal quality audit team, an office under the administrative & support services, in order to sustain the certification of the provincial government to iso 9001:2015 on quality management system. As a master in business administration graduate, mr.
