.*primary roles & responsibilities*- provide rs technical support to representative for all kob business development- provide commercial leadership and coaching in order to reach the goal.- develop and manage business reviews & performance management in coordination with emerson regional channel management team, to ensure growth and diversification.- own crm funnel including: quality, size, timeliness, account and portfolio diversity.- ensure accurate orders forecasting (por)- develop and execute growth initiatives & marketing efforts to grow the business.- manage key customer relationships, agreements, and provide leadership on large rs projects and pursuits.- be the emerson go to person for the representative in all businesses related matters- drive rs synergies & leverage of syss and other emerson businesses.- facilitate opportunity review process (orp) on pursuits.- lead and own commercial doa processes for the opportunities in his area.- facilitates and secure representative sales force training and sales and order entry processes*supervisory responsibilities*- there are no direct reports for this position. However, the ability to strongly manage & influence an *indirect sales channel *(emerson local representative) to drive growth initiatives and market penetration is essential
