responsibilities:
lead generation: identify and engage with new partners and clients in the adtech/martech market, managing the sales cycle from the first contact to closing. Experience in revenue generation tactics and action plans from the perspective of a technology partner/provider. Knowledge of the publisher ecosystem in the latam market.
playbook: work with both inbound and outbound approaches. Structure client workflows to optimize revenue while minimizing potential losses for the company.
crm: daily update of the sales funnel in salesforce.
negotiation and closing: negotiate contract terms and conditions. Interact with mid-market publishers and other types of publishers, navigating their organizational structure to secure potential partnerships.
internal collaboration: work closely with bdrs, leadership, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
reporting and analysis: track and report performance, analyze sales metrics, and provide feedback for optimizing our partnership playbook. Assess priority ad placements, rates, and ad formats considering website design for all types of tiers.
qualifications:
* required experience:
o experience with adtech/martech and previous experience with any known native platforms, ad serving platforms, publisher partnerships, and programmatic monetization.
o experience working with publishers, content sites, media groups, app developers, technology companies, and networks in latam. Good relationships in the publisher market and a strong network of contacts.
o experience in publisher strategies, business models, and key challenges. Extensive knowledge of the publisher ecosystem in the latam market.
o experience in tailored strategies to engage clients from specific categories and traffic sources.
* skills: strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation and persuasion skills, and analytical skills.
* knowledge: proficiency in crm systems and sales analysis tools: salesforce and hubspot are a plus.
* languages: fluent in english and spanish.
* cultural fit: proactive, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
