*about the role*
the global hr operations specialist role is based within the global hr technology team. The main focus of this role is to support the design and management of the global service request model as well as routine auditing tasks and reporting. The global hr operations specialist will also support system compliance by reviewing and evaluating training documentation, working closely with sme’s and functional owners.
*what you will do*
- perform full-cycle independent audits of all hr systems, including risk and control management over operational effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- design and configure workday reports and establish methods for easily identifying issues and risks.
- responsible for the day to day management of service request portal. Monitoring tickets, creating and analysing ticket data, providing reports and feedback for continuous improvements.
- responisble for the day to day management of the change request process. Monitoring change request tickets, tracking approval workflows, ensuring compliance and administrating the change committee.
- responsible for training and development of tier 1 and system end users throughout the business.
- write and test new job aids for supporting workday business processes.
- support job aid annual review and work closely with functional owners to ensure consistent and up to date training documentation.
- act as key point of contact for all system related questions and support with escalations.
- engage in continuous knowledge development regarding rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
*what you need*
- bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, with a concentration in information technology, information systems, statistics, human resources, finance, or other related fields.
- 1+ years of relevant audit experience
- 1-2 years of relevant service request management systems or direct
- advanced knowledge of microsoft excel, including how to use pivot tables, vlookups, and other functions necessary to conduct ad-hoc data audits
- excellent written and communication skills
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate at all levels of the business
