- review of customer orders to carry out weekly production planning
- attend gemba, bring information on short and/or urgent matters.
- detect potential impact and ensure its prevention, carry out escalation process and notify csr
- execute production plan according to demand/inventories/line capacity to secure shipments to customers
- detailed review of shorts vs production plan so as not to cause impact online
- hfa order maintenance
- participation in the monthly inventory of operations
- create production orders according to customer, production and efficiency requirements.
- establish priorities and delivery deadlines.
- manage and prioritize the production order"
