Drive the sales and business development efforts for recycling solutions within latam region, maintaining close contact with customers and achieving sales targets to support the company’s growth and sustainability goals.
main responsibilities
* achieves or even exceeds the yearly order intake target.
* strengthens relationships with existing customers and acquires new customers.
* understands the technical and commercial enquiries from customers and transfers them properly to krones recycling solutions.
* involves the right persons and departments at the right time during the project life.
* manages the commercial negotiations until closure of the deal.
* participates in marketing activities (exhibitions, road shows, customers day).
* analyzes, establishes, and regularly provides market intelligence and jointly develops a strategy for the regional markets.
* advises and optimizes technical design solutions based on knowledge of local markets with customers and krones recycling solutions.
requirements and skills
* min. 4 years of experience in plastics recycling industry (plastics recycling machinery supplier, producer, sales for similar machines, etc.)
* prior experience in working in multinational teams is preferred.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in spanish, english, maybe portuguese.
* results-oriented and with demonstrated achievements in sales.
* strong stakeholder management, negotiation & influencing skills.
* no obstacles in travelling across latam.
* availability to live in mexico.
