coordinate and manage industrial engineering activities to support production area performance and results through lean manufacturing, eqms deployment, mesh initiatives, and product and quality cost improvements
provide support and coaching to value stream engineers assigned to his/her value stream.

- support production departments and value stream engineers for the various products manufactured at the plant.
co-responsible for achieving key performing indicators (kpi's) identified for product lines under his/her responsibilities such as safety, quality, on time performance, productivity and others as agreed with vs and opex manager
- active participation on project management (prelaunch) teams supporting the introduction of new designs and modifications to existing products.
- coordinate maintenance of applicable documentation to product lines under his/her responsibilities
- provide technical support to the departments of production control, customer service, production, quality, manufacturing, accounting, supply chain and value stream engineering.
- actively coordinate the implementation of improvement projects that positively impact cost, quality and cycle time.
- lead the corrective and preventive actions assigned to product lines under his/her responsibility
- perform duties of internal auditor of iso 14000/9000 for reviewing the implementation of these management systems.
- assigned to support the elss tool ownership for value stream mapping, standard work, time studies and manning calculation, 5s+, layout design and adherence in areas under his/her responsibilities.
- additionally, is responsible for maintaining the applicable pfmea's on product lines under his/her responsibility.
- measurement of success is the achievement of demonstrating level per elss criteria in these tools in areas under his/her responsibility and hi 5 indicator performance.

- bachelor's degree in industrial engineer (industrial, electrical, mechanical).
- leadership experience in professional staff.
- english knowledge 80% minimum.
- knowledge of world class manufacturing process.
- knowledge of 6 sigma.
- knowledge of iso standards.
- knowledge of quality management systems.
- experience in implementing and monitoring projects.
- experience in lean manufacturing tools.
