key responsibilities: - training solutions development:design and develop both in-person and e-learning training solutionstailored to the needs of your market.
- collaboration: work closelywith marketing, sales, and peer operations teams to develop andcontribute to product, marketing, and sales strategies.
- financialmanagement: take ownership of public training schedules, budgeting,and managing performance around financial kpis, including sales,revenue, and profit.
- team leadership: manage and inspire a teamof instructional designers, training coordinators, andadministrative staff, ensuring continuous growth and development.
-operational excellence: oversee administrative systems andprocesses, ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional customerservice.
- coordination: manage venue selection, contracting, andcoordination for training events.
review training course occupancyand take action to ensure course profitability.
- compliance &accreditation: ensure adherence to external and internalrequirements for course delivery, including accreditationmaintenance and instructor qualifications.
- sales & marketingsupport: work with sales and marketing teams to optimize productcatalogs and identify local trends to support the business.
whatwe're looking for: - education: bachelor's degree in business,learning and development, or a related field (or equivalentexperience).
- experience: minimum of 5 years' experience inmanaging and delivering training services, preferably within abusiness-to-business environment and driving growth in aprofessional training business.
- communication skills: strongcommunication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborativeand supportive team environment.
- leadership: proven experience inmanaging and developing teams, fostering an open, collaborative,and inclusive culture with a passion for people development.
-technical skills: advanced proficiency in microsoft office (excel,powerpoint, etc.)
and lms platforms.
ability to manage multipleprojects and priorities, keeping everything on track and drivingresults.
- languages: strong command of english and portuguese orspanish, both verbal and written.
