*tasks and qualifications*:
*this is what you will be in this role*:
- *administrative support*:provide comprehensive administrative support to the plant director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- *communication*:serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Draft and prepare reports, and presentations as needed.
- *documentation management*:organize and maintain files, records, and documentation. Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- *meeting coordination*:prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, dinners, and other events.
- *project assistance*:assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the plant director. This may include conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking project progress.
- *office management*:oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in working order. Manage office budget and expenses as directed.
- *compliance support*:assist with ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
*what we are looking for*:
- minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, one note, outlook)
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- excellent english written and verbal communication abilities
- ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
