*as an intern, you will learn and be exposed to*:

*responsibilities*:
- create new test content to validate system-on-chip solutions.
- participate in peer review meetings.
- contact experts to learn about new technologies and tools.
- provide weekly updates.
*qualifications*
relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience.
*minimum qualifications*:
- bs/ms/ph.d.
active student in electronics engineer, systems engineer, computer engineer, or similar engineering area.
- at least 50 percent of bachelor's degree courses are approved.
- computer architecture basic courses completed.
- intermediate+ english communications.
- 6-month experience in programming skills: c/c++.
- 3+ months experience in hardware debug capabilities using instruments like scope and multimeter.
*preferred qualifications*:
- programming skills in python and scripting.
- experience using logic analyzer or protocol analyzer.
- digital design knowledge (vhdl/verilog).
- server and soc architectures.
