position overview: we are looking for an experienced marketing specialist to manage and campaign pivot solutions. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and fostering community engagement. responsibilities of a marketing specialist:
1. campaign planning: design digital advertising strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
2. advertising campaign management: plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as google ads, facebook ads, instagram, linkedin, and other relevant networks.
3. social media strategy: develop and manage content strategies for social media, including creating publication calendars, engagement campaigns, and community management.
4. analysis and reporting: monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of advertising campaigns and social media activities using tools like google analytics, hootsuite, or similar.
5. budget optimization: manage advertising budgets, maximizing roi by optimizing campaigns and bidding strategies.
6. content creation: collaborate with the creative team to develop visually and verbally compelling content that resonates with our audience.
7. a/b testing: implement and analyze a/b tests to optimize ads and social media posts.
8. social profile management: manage and optimize the brand's presence on platforms such as facebook, instagram, twitter, linkedin, and other relevant networks.
9. publishing calendar: develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent postings across all platforms.
10. technical skills: advanced knowledge of digital advertising platforms and analysis tools (google ads, facebook business manager, google analytics, etc.).
11. analytical abilities: ability to analyze data and metrics, and translate those analyses into effective actions.
12. creativity: capability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and optimize campaigns.
requirements for a marketing specialist:
1. strong expertise in managing and executing advertising campaigns, particularly in ppc (pay-per-click) platforms such as facebook ads, google ads, and tiktok ads.
2. knowledgeable in marketing management, with hands-on experience in overseeing social media strategies and content.
3. experience as a social media manager is a plus.
4. strong creative and writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand content.
5. familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and report on performance metrics.
6. excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
9. 5 years of experience in social media and marketing specialist.
