we are looking to hire a hr coordinator latam in mexico city description : the hr coordinator latam duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our hr department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database up to date.
an important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between hr and employees, ensuring smooth communication, efficient resolution of requests and questions.
you'll also be diligent in creating policies, processes and documents.
main responsibilities: * process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations * deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations * assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (new hires, absences, bonus, terminations, among others) * support hr operations for latin america * provide personnel management support in conjunction with regional hr manager * compile and update employee records (digital and physic documentation) * conduct onboarding and offboarding activities * properly handle complaints and grievance procedures * coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews * sourcing of candidates and weekly update our recruitment database requirements: * at least 2 years of previous experience as an hr assistant, hr analyst or relevant human resources/administrative position * fast computer typing skills and excel (intermediate level as minimum) * hands-on experience with an hris or hrms * familiarity with ats software, resume databases and any hr erp system (sap hcm or people soft, for example) * basic knowledge of labor laws * excellent organizational and focus to detail skills * self motivated and autonomy skills * strong communication skills * problem solving skills * advanced english level (or intermediate as minimum) * degree in human resources or related field the successful candidate will receive a conditional offer which will be contingent upon a successful background clearance obtained through our contracted third-party vendor or similar.
