take your next step to an altogether life-changing career.the oem account manager is responsible for growing and developing the medical oem business in the sales territory and achieving the sales targets, price changes & order forecasts while working with market-leading medical organizations and start-ups to incorporate pall filtration solutions into their products.this position reports to the discovery and medical latam leader and is part of the discovery and medical team located in mexico and will be fully remote.what you will do:manage growth opportunities using the sales funnel and deploy continuous improvement tools to drive problem-solving and expedient business development.identify, influence, and build relationships with key decision-makers to improve our position within the defined customer by raising awareness, creating additional sales, and generating the required corporate image across the target market.maintain and continually develop product, market, and technical knowledge of existing and new oem filtration applications.who you arebachelor's degree or equivalent experience, graduate in stem-related field preferred.4 years of relevant experience in direct field sales, preferably within the medical, laboratory, research markets or other related experience.proven account management and project planning skills.advanced english.excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.travel, motor vehicle record & physical/environment requirements:ability to travel – 40% travel, overnight, within territory or locations.must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.it would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:work experience focused in the medical oem industry.expertise using salesforce.com for sales funnel management, reporting, and forecasting or similar crm systems.ability to work well independently and possess strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills
