We are looking for a service desk agent, whose main objective will be to provide first-level customer support in sonda méxico.
Activities:
- provide support and technical assistance to users
- provide technical support, delivering and recording all the necessary information to meet the internal requirements of the company and its clients.
- provide the client with technical assistance by solving their incidents
- manage all necessary actions to resolve the problems
*requirements*:
- service desk and ticket system experience required (service now, remedy, service manager, etc)
- experience managing service sla's
- inbound call experience.
