*aftermarket sales manager*
*position purpose*
responsible for all aftermarket sales, marketing, and planning activities, in support of hendrickson mexicana, all aftermarket product lines
*essential functions*
- key contributor to the development of the annual division business plan and marketing segment strategies.
- develops and manages divisional marketing objectives and promotional plans (channel, product, customer), including aftermarket new product launches.
- coordinate together with the marketing coordinator the communication activities, including commercial advertising, public relations, trade shows and expos, as well as the aftermarket website.
- supports the ongoing activities of the business unit director.
- manage the analysis and monthly forecast of sales in the secondary market, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- maintain an appropriate balance between oes and independent distributor sales through strategies in accordance with corporate policies and agreements.
*education and training*
- college degree in engineering, administrative engineering, administration or similar.
- mba desirable.
- bilingual
*qualifications*
- minimum 10 to 15 years in commercial vehicle industry with a recognized manufacturer, distributor or large repair facility required. Experience consisting of sales and territory management.

- strong personality skills with demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external staff
