We are seeking a strategic and experienced senior social media manager with expertise in tiktok, instagram videos, and facebook posts to lead our social media efforts at tripshepherd. As a senior social media manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, and driving audience engagement and growth across our social channels.

- develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with tripshepherd's brand identity, objectives, and target audience.
- create engaging and visually captivating content for tiktok, instagram videos, and facebook posts to showcase tripshepherd's unique offerings, tell compelling travel stories, and connect with our audience.
- plan and manage social media content calendars, including content themes, posting schedules, and engagement strategies to maintain a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
- monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and engage with followers to build community, foster relationships, and drive positive sentiment.
- analyze social media performance metrics, kpis, and audience insights to measure effectiveness, track trends, and optimize content strategies for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously innovate content creation, improve content quality, and drive audience growth.
