- account stellantis*
*your tasks*:
- in charge of sales activities for customer group stellantis
- ensuring customer satisfaction in consideration of the company's goals
- managing the quotation preparation (request for quotation/rfi, collection of information)
- manages the rfq process (with head of sales and the project manager) for business development in america region
- managing the competitive quotation to customer
- managing the commercials for the customer in regards of pricing, bp´s, change management and claims
- overtaking and management of the concerns and interests of the customer
- management of day-to-day sales activities (pricing, negotiations, project related)
- negotiation of project contracts and ensures alignment with legal requirements
- customer care (key contact person for customers, customer visits, negotiations)
- tracking of critical situations within customer
- participate to financial performance of the customer account (within area of responsibility), proactively evaluates the margin reports for opportunities to improve
- manage day-to-day activities with cross functional teams
- implementation and follow-up of the annual customer satisfaction survey
- providing input for the account plan to align and address the customer strategy and roadmap (including competitor analysis, market share, technology roadmap, etc.)

- 3+ years of experience on a similar position
- automotive industry experience
