Ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets while managing adjustments proactively.billing & maintenance: oversee proper account set-up, billing, and job maintenance, mentoring support staff to ensure process accuracy.brand & communications strategyresearch & insights: initiate and co-conduct research activities (e.g., focus groups, workshops, surveys) to generate key insights.strategic planning: collaborate in formulating recommendations, strategic messaging, and campaign plans that drive measurable results.creative briefs: prepare strategy and creative briefs, effectively briefing internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.qualificationseducation & experience: bachelor’s degree required.
