This role offers the opportunity to have an immediate impact by managing the performance of our main media channels in the u.s. and canada.key responsibilities:manage multi-million dollar annual digital budgets across digital paid marketing channels, working with partners such as meta, google, and tiktok to optimize campaign performance and test new products.leverage world-class best practices from our u.s. team to build a local media buying team capable of operating at the lowest level of detail while maintaining cost per acquisition as low as possible.execute paid media strategy and campaign execution to increase lead generation and optimal roas.maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing, mql, cw, cost per acquisition, and ltv proxies.manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance including a/b creative tests, incrementality tests, and bidding algo tests.work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met.requirements:proficient in the english language and able to communicate clearly and concisely.proven track record in the performance marketing space, with 4+ years of experience.direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (paid social, paid search, paid display), and strategic planning either at an agency or in-house.highly proficient in excel/google sheets and deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics including mql, cw, cpl, cpa, cpc, cpm, ltv, and roas.strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions and conduct experiments.experience with web tracking/attribution (preferred).knowledge of sql (preferred).experience working on multi-sided marketplace businesses (preferred).
