key responsibilities
1. implement and manage tags using google tag manager to track website and campaign performance. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to define tagging requirements and ensure proper data collection. Monitor and troubleshoot tag implementation issues to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
2. manage and optimize marketing campaigns using adobe target, primarily by leveraging its a/b testing and personalization capabilities, while also overseeing the overall marketing operations infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, and streamlining campaign execution across different channels to maximize roi.
3. act as the technical lead on seo by:
1. responsible for optimizing a website's technical aspects to improve its search engine ranking by analyzing website performance, identifying technical issues, and implementing solutions that enhance site speed, navigation, and user experience.
2. conduct comprehensive website audits to identify technical issues impacting search engine crawling and indexing, including broken links, crawl errors, server response codes, and site architecture problems.
4. manage campaign performance reports by:
1. creating and maintaining metric reports through adobe analytic dashboards on marketing activities, effectiveness, and business impact and by type of assets, channels and media (ex: through aem, marketo, google analytics, adobe analytics, search console and seismic).
2. analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
5. manage integration between platforms (market, sfdc, c360, aem and power bi) to ensure that these tools are integrated and working properly and help troubleshoot any problems that arise.
6. monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database:
1. database cleaning, maintenance and lead generation with cloudingo platform.
7. collaborate with marketing stakeholders on lead management best practices:
1. offer troubleshooting and customer support for marketing stakeholders within marketo, aem and analytical platforms.
8. assist with programming of digital email and landing page wireframes when needed, and review global and regional campaigns in marketo and aem (emails, lp, integrations with database) for best practices.
9. assist with creating and optimizing marketing workflows.
10. be a self-starter who can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes in a remote environment.
11. demonstrate good organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while being flexible to shift based on business needs.
qualifications and skills
* 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
* proven experience in a marketing operations role.
* strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis with adobe analytics, ga4 and marketo.
* proficiency in marketo marketing automation systems and sfdc crm tools.
* expert level experience with marketo, aem (adobe experience manager), adobe target, adobe analytics, google analytics, google console, gtm (google tag manager), and seo mozz.
* up to date knowledge of mozz, seo trends and technical support.
* understanding of customer journey through digital marketing automation.
* efficient use of adobe, ms office and other key business tools.
* experience with adobe workfront to project manage incoming requests.
* experience with powerbi to analyze and report on kpis and performance.
