*job description*:
supervise and carry out the programming and control of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
provide the department and personnel in charge of the materials, equipment and tools necessary to carry out repairs in a continuous, reliable and at the best possible cost to provide the necessary support to the departments and work cells in compliance and performance of your activities.
list the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities.
include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.
*manager, pct* duties*:
- supervise the personnel at your charge.
- develop the performance evaluations of the personnel at your charge.
- elaboration, review, execution and update of the preventive maintenance program for equipment and installations.
- programming of tasks for the personnel at your charge.
- programming of the personnel under your charge to support work cells on weekends and holidays.
- develop audits and tool control for employees under your charge, evaluate and / or replace if necessary.
- elaboration of purchase requisitions for spare parts, tools, materials and equipment necessary for the development of the activities of the personnel and the department.
- carry out the essential documentation for the performance of department activities.
- interpret the electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control plans.
- identification and repair of equipment failures.
- supervise the repairment of equipment and installations.
- keep control of energy, natural gas, water and electricity
- supervise and coordinate the work carried out by contractors in equipment and facilities.

*qualifications*:

- electromechanical, mechanic, electric or electronic engineer.
- minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
- english (90% written and spoken).
- knowledge computers and electronics.
- knowledge: industrial engineering, mechanic eng., electric eng.
or electronic eng.
- computer knowledge (office: word, excel, power point, etc ) erp experience
- valid us visa.
- willingness to travel
- must be fluent in english, i.e.
speaking, reading, writing
