An important company dedicated to the development of software by expansion is looking for a technical support analyst on site.
vacancy 50% home office, 50% on site (depends on the project)
- desirable radicals in cdmx, monterrey and/or guadalajara
bachelor's degree in computer science, equivalent experience or related degree.
essential: advanced english (evaluation will be done) and availability to travel.
qualifications:
- demonstrable work experience in providing technical support
- mastery of english
- working knowledge of support software, databases and remote control
- skills for customer service and communication
- advanced multitasking and troubleshooting capabilities
- desirable to have experience in retail (point of sale)
*responsibilities*:
- provide first level contact and solutions to customer technical issues.
- appropriately escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- track, walk and redirect issues to the right resources
- update customer data and prepare activity reports
- guide customers through the problem resolution process
- ensure proper registration, documentation and closing
- recommend modifications and process improvements
- preserve and develop your knowledge of support procedures, products and services
we offer you:
- salary: 1,500 to 1,700 usd (salary negotiable)

- work schedule: from monday to friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with availability to do guard duty on weekends (these are roles and in any case there would be compensation)
