*employee relations sr manager*
*role purpose*
this role will support development and delivery of employee relations processes and policies that deliver a fair, consistent and transparent approach to people but one that also helps to drive performance and success for the bank.
*main activities*
- give support to local head of er, hr teams, businesses and functions in guidance and delivery of er policies.
- support on technology and process change, driving to continuous improvement.
- work closely with union for negotiations and support.
- maintain straight relation with key stakeholders.
- project management of future of working.
- conduct investigations related to hr topics and deliver unbiased outcomes.

- knowledge of lft as well as being updated with the new reforms (outsourcing).
- experience in project implementations (nom035, hybrid work)
