*our exciting opportunity*:*you will*:- understand the existing network products (nep) business of the customer unit (cu).
develop an understanding as to how major stakeholders are thinking about short-, medium- and long-term growth initiatives of the cu's network product business- co-ordinate with network products acr's, cto team to document customer's requirements, market needs and provide related inputs for the business plan; includes inputs relatedto new sales areas, recurring sales, growth areas, budgeting, business models, alignment with ericsson portfolio, etc.- regular review of reports from various functions connected to nep business of cu.
with information from various sources, consolidate the data to compare the real time performance with quarterly / annual business plan.
interpret the data / reports to identify areas which require acceleration to meet targets- work with kam on strategy and planning efforts, ensuring alignment around goals, integrated implementation across functions and support for change management efforts - alignment of strategic and growth initiatives (in all the related domains) with customer strategy, requirements and expectations- continuous process improvement and impact measurement of key initiatives.
ensure early warning system for forisks and ensure mitigation plans are in place- analyze the opex budget and compare it to actuals identifying any deviations or excessing spending or risks or reduction opportunities- actively participate and assist the kam, nep for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual business review meetings with different internal and external stakeholders (finance, legal, contract management, supply chain, customer, business areas, leadership, etc
