*you will*:
- understand the existing network products (nep) business of the customer unit (cu).
develop an understanding as to how major stakeholders are thinking about short-, medium
- and long-term growth initiatives of the cu's network product business
- co-ordinate with network products acr's, cto team to document customer's requirements, market needs and provide related inputs for the business plan; includes inputs related to new sales areas, recurring sales, growth areas, budgeting, business models, alignment with ericsson portfolio, etc.
- regular review of reports from various functions connected to nep business of cu.
with information from various sources, consolidate the data to compare the real time performance with quarterly / annual business plan.
interpret the data / reports to identify areas which require acceleration to meet targets
- work with kam on strategy and planning efforts, ensuring alignment around goals, integrated implementation across functions and support for change management efforts - alignment of strategic and growth initiatives (in all the related domains) with customer strategy, requirements and expectations
- continuous process improvement and impact measurement of key initiatives.
ensure early warning system for forisks and ensure mitigation plans are in place
- analyze the opex budget and compare it to actuals identifying any deviations or excessing spending or risks or reduction opportunities
- actively participate and assist the kam, nep for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual business review meetings with different internal and external stakeholders (finance, legal, contract management, supply chain, customer, business areas, leadership, etc.)
- coordinate with relevant network product market, assess major industry trends affecting the business, and provide related inputs (like impact of industry trends, potential revenue channels, ericsson nep portfolio evolution and others) for cu's nep business plan
- translation of the customer's strategy and problems into business opportunities
- identify business risks and value drivers by analysing customer announcements and financial reports
- act as a team lead for special projects aimed at enhancing /optimizing contract execution the performance nep business
- work with the internal and external stakeholders for automation / industrialization of processes critical for the success of customer and nep business of the cu
*to be successful in the role you must have*:
minimum of 12 years telecommunications experience, preferably in networks domain
- bachelor's degree at minimum, in economics, finance, business, engineering, computer science or technical studies; mba preferred
- detail-oriented with strong time management skills and focus on achieving results with the ability to deliver on multiple assignments concurrently in a team environment
- solid grasp in areas such as business planning, growth planning, financial models, business case formulation, business models, etc.
- ability to work in a collaborative environment, working with multiple stakeholder from various functions, customers, technology and other ecosystem partners in a multi-culture, global organization with sensitivity and persistence
- strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to build business cases and analyse results
- ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies and adapt to changes and demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- proven experience building compelling stories and insights
- customer facing, presentation and problem solving, critical thinking & communication skills
- strong understanding and interest of market dynamics (ran - spectrum,5g etc)
- ability to partner with all levels of the organization, including leadership and cross-functional teams
- broad experience in ericsson internal processes, organization (both global and cus) and ways of working
- ms office suites working experience - advanced to expert proficiencies
- excellent writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- excellent english language skills is a must
