- processing and statistical treatment of sales that generates accurate sales reports according to the indications.

- monthly sending of internal sales data to iqvia.
- business day to day relationships with providers of data sources.
crm
- monitor and control of the crm system and preparation of reports on sales force activity.
- participate in the election of crm system and propose improvements and necessary changes to the existing one according to the company needs.
- support the drafting of visit reports to be sent biannually to regions and aifa.
sales force analysis
- calculation of bonus achieved by commercial staff according to the bonus scheme approved.
- monitor the effectiveness of promotional actions according to indications from the business units.
- participate in the calculation of quotas for sales representative
