responsibilities support strategically important globalprograms by providing data as service by: ·supporting program andbusiness stakeholders in understanding the necessity ofstandardized, harmonised data management practices that aresupporting client strategy ·acting as a guardian of the standardmethodology.
·responsible to drive timely deployment of variousdeliverables within the program space, as per roadmap and schedule.·will be assigned to support specific program(s), were expected toproactively and independently deliver agreed objectives, operatewithin allocated track, drive your assigned tasks, collaborate withteam members.
you will provide support for various objectives thatmight reach across multiple data management areas – as per programneeds and your capabilities.
for example, data process design, datamodeling, deployment, migration, governance, integration,standardization.
·you will collaborate closely are regularly withother data transformation office (dto) members as well as with manyother data management office (dmo) teams to ensure standardapproach, follow agreed methodology, and comply with client datapolicies and standards, and global processes for data.
·identifyand engage with all key stakeholders to be involved directly orindirectly to ensure the success of your deliverables within theprogramme.
·drive and support the intake (gather, agree, andclarify requirements) for data scope and deployment plan of theprogram for the relevant area (e.g., data migration, datagovernance, data cleansing, etc.).
·provide high quality and timelyanalysis from a range of different sources, coordinate changeimpact assessment for the proposed changes towards target state.·report deviations and secure corrective actions are planned,executed, and monitored.
··design, validate, test the targetdesign, ensure signoff and approvals within the correct governancebodies of the program, but also within the relevant dmo teams whereapplicable.
·align applicable topics across relevant other dmoteams, global process and data owners, and other counterparts,finding synergies, efficiencies, opportunities for harmonizationwhere possible.
·support change management and communicationsactivities from a data point of view.
·acts as data sme for thetopics/areas that you cover, share information, and provideknowledge transfers to peers across organisation.
·secure that allwork is documented in a timely manner, standard in line withblueprint methodology.
·contribute towards the end-to-end planningand deliverables, drive your tasks until completion.
report risks,interdependencies, issues and blockers to the track lead of theprogram.
·monitor the work-stream delivery against plans andobjectives on a periodic (weekly and, where necessary, daily)basis.
·create and provide training for data related topics to allrelevant stakeholders.
conduct organizational change management toensure the program team and the extended community is trained andexecuting per standard approach and rules data management whenneeded.
·resolve any process and data issues for the program in atimely manner, develop and execute root cause remediationstrategies for data issues.

specificfunctional skills & experience ·university bsc business degree/management information systems/ computer or information science, oractual work experience in related discipline.
· strong experiencein data management with exposure or participation in changemanagement, program program/project management at global orregional level.
preferred qualifications: ·experience in supportrole for data and process improvement initiatives, supportingsetting up data strategies and policies, participating in mappingout data management processes, preparing training materials,training users, ·familiarity and operational experience with itsystems such as sap, jde, navision, mdm tools, various dashboards,basic understanding of interface between systems.
·experience instakeholder management, ability to collaborate and influencewithout authority across multiple levels of an organization, ·goodpresentation skills (including material preparation), ·ability tonavigate ambiguity, ·flexibility and adaptability, ·experience infmcg industry is an advantage.
