.working closely with the regional hr services team responsible for latam, you will be responsible for delivering local hr administrative tasks within your regional scope.
you will be interfacing with colleagues from other regions and supporting the ownership of operations performance of hr services, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose processes, governing end-to-end delivery.
you will also drive hr transformation initiatives within your country responsibilities, reviewing and implementing harmonized and standard processes, working closely with counterparts in payroll, local hr, hr systems, and with external vendors/stakeholders.
