*main responsibilities*:
- analyzes best-in-class processes and establishes in-process and end-of-cycle operational metrics as well as customer satisfaction kpis
- establishes programs including training, team facilitation, communication programs and team building activities to support adoption of processes and standards.
- establishes policies, processes, standards, and procedures for it services.
- monitors, evaluates, manages, and executes audit processes to ensure compliance to processes and standards.
- coordinates and facilitates agile ceremonies and activities across projects with project managers, scrum masters and product owners.
- documents non-compliance to policies, process and standards and assists in their resolution.
- analyzes and identifies trends in it performance metrics.
- designs, monitors, and analyzes performance metrics program for improvement initiatives.
- conducts audits and analyzes findings to develop appropriate corrective action recommendations.

*qualifications*:
- fluent in english and spanish
- bachelor's degree
- strong knowledge of agile methodologies and quality in agile environments
- proven experience on software development standards
- proven experience implementing agility practice
- experience driving quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
- experience comprehensive quality and process improvement experience
- proven experience researching new products and changes/updates/patches for existing products supporting process improvement and standard implementation
- outstanding communication skills, proficient in communicating at all levels of the organization
