*position overview*:provide support to itjuana collaborators and their clients regarding administrative processes to comply with legal entities, support on benefits, offers, employee registration in the systems, attend frequently asked questions from both internal and external collaborators and provide support to their needs.coordinate activities within their departments in order to strengthen the work environment.collaborate with the business to create talent development, attraction and retention strategies.

*- support to the hr specialist in employee training, and fostering a healthy work culture to improve retention of talent.- work in partnership with the hr department and the different clients to improve communication and resolve employee issues in the workplace.- implementing services, policies, and programs that promote a safe, positive work environment, and promote the recruitment and development of our workforce.
*what will you do?
*- ensure all our centers of excellence are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures.- nurture a positive working environment.- well-versed in staffing information and performing other administrative tasks to ensure hr efficiency.- record human resource actions by completing forms, logs, and records.- support the hr specialist the unemployment claims by reviewing claims, verifying documents, and requesting legal representation reviews.- provide solutions that positively impact company retention and growth strategies.- prepare workers' policies and procedures documents.- create training programs based on requirements from the different legal entities (imss, secretaria del trabajo, nom035).
*how will you get here?
*education*typically requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, law or similar, and a minimum of +3 years related experience.
*experience*- prior experience as an hr assistant.- understanding of local regulations and compliance on lft is a must.- software or it industry experience is a plus.- medical device industry experience is a plus.- agile and lean experience is nice to have.
*knowledge, skills, abilities*- knowledge of mexican labor law and imss regulations.- detail-oriented, organized and customer-focused.- composed under pressure.- inclination to work in a structured/methodical way.- strong oral communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with vendors, business partners, employees and executive staff.- multitask - adaptable approach to work, the ability to work with a fast-paced, ever changing environment.- experience in executive communications and presenting to large audiences
