*what you need to have*:- bachelor's degree.- at least 5 years in capital investment companies / investment banks (development and/or commercial) and/or construction material suppliers focused con infrastructure & construction projects- excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels both in english and spanish.- strong project management skills.- experience dealing with the construction & infrastructure industry including feasibility process, project finance, planning and construction- excellent problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions- proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software- ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients (up to 50%)- goal driven.- strong negotiation & influencing skills.- ability to create, develop & sustain business relationships with various business areas and customers.
