*qualifications and skills*:- excellent verbal and written communication skills.- strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.- experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is preferred but not required.- ability to multitask and manage time effectively.- high school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
