- administrative tasks
- assist the manager in the management process in sap
- administration of purchases of the department
- ensure accuracy in expense reports
- assist in department travel reservations
- prepare the arrival of visitors to juarez in terms of security planning
- prepare reports
- supports the movements of the purchasing department
- assists the manager in the preparation, control and execution of p.o.'S, capex and other documents
