overview
execute all the administrative tasks inherent to the director and the support activities required by the departments.
experience and education
preparatory and/or professional career (desirable).
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
knowledge, skills and certifications
bilingual english / spanish (desirable)
strong communication skills
knowledge of microsoft (excel, powerpoint, etc.)
management of goggle tools.
main tasks and responsibilities
administrative activities.
assist the director in administrative processes.
prepare expense reports.
manage the arrival of visitors to juárez in terms of security and transit planning.
make travel reservations for managers and other employees.
track department purchases and budget monitoring.
answer phone calls.
coordinate correspondence.
make reports.
organize and maintain confidential files.
support communication activities with foreign personnel, including: expense reports, attendance records, fm 3 and other immigration processes.
any other task or responsibility assigned by the supervisor.
participate in compliance with the qms (quality management system) determined for their function in relation to iso9001:2015.
comply with the security rules determined according to their role.
comply on time the planned training related to quality and training.
identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
